Precious Moments Rosebud crib nursery baby set

QUILT: A gorgeous approx 38 x 48 Precious Moments Girl in bed baby/toddler quilt. Handquilted around the scalloped edges of the oval center and the outer border. Perfect size for baby's crib, toddler's bed, Back is perfectly coordinating Flannel with tiny rose buds on a cream background Detailed with Pink Satin Binding. ** You can choose a different binding. Change the color and or fabric. Gorgeous blues, pinks and yellows. Hand quilted through all four layers.
Bumper: Rosebud fabric. I made this a headboard set. Front rail piece still removes and the rest still can transfer to a toddler bed. I made this prototype with a ruffle trim. You can change it to plain bias or keep the ruffle.
Skirt: Heavy cotton/poly white base with rosebud fabric side panels. 4 sided, pleated all the way across to hang in waves
Diaper Stacker: My stackers completely disassemble for easy cleaning. Swivel head hanger for easy placement.
Fitted sheet, valance, mobile, hanging organizer, changing pad, bib and diaper bag/tote set available in separate listings. One generic listing for each item.
My home is smoke free. Your quilt is sealed in a plastic bag then stored in a sealed plastic storage tubs in my sewing studio.

The First Circuit Court specifically rejected the copyright claim where La Infantil was being accused with unauthorized use of copyrighted fabric, saying that "bedding items manufactured with lawfully acquired, authentic fabric with copyrighted design were not infringing derivative works."
The Court also said "The copyright owner's right to distribute the work is limited by the "First Sale" doctrine, which permits the owner of a legally acquired lawfully made copy of a work to sell that particular copy without the consent of the copyright holder".
