Offered for purchase is a Adorable Brand New Strawberry Shortcake Nursery set 8 pcs.

PLEASE Note: To maintain my high quality standards I require a minimum of 4-5 weeks from the time payment/information is received until your custom made nursery set is shipped.
My nursery sets and optional accessories are Exclusive Original Designs by Kathy for the discriminating buyer.
Every piece is hand and/or machine sewn in my sewing studio and not imported massed produced ensembles.
Kathy's Quilts and Crafts / Custom Baby Nursery & Quilts Sets are Custom made for each buyer.

Set includes numbered items:
1. Quilt: Hard to find Original Strawberry Shortcake print front combined with low loft batting and a Coordinating Strawberry shortcake print Back to make a great quilt. Wavy diamond quilting design goes through all three layers. Sized 35 x 44

2.Crib Skirt: Heavy white cotton/poly blend base with a Strawberry Shortcake tossed fabric, Fits standard size crib or toddler bed.

3.Pillow: New with tags Official Strawberry Shortcake pillow, or the Tossed pillow I make. When I run out of the first pillow then the tossed will be available only.

4. & 5 Headboard Bumper set: Strawberry Shortcake tossed fabric with white bias trim and white ties. The front panel of this bumper is folded at the left end of the bed so you can see the set better. Headboard panel: Handquilted arched headboard panel. Your choice of trim

6. Changing pad: Generous size changing pad you can use in the crib or on the go.

7. Diaper stacker: My stackers completely disassemble for easy washing.

8. Fitted sheet: Match your set or pick a solid color. My sheets are very tight. I check them on my display crib before releasing them to the customer.

Mobile, haning orgainizer, valance, diaper bag and tote combo, and other accessories are in my store in generic listings. One listing for each item covers all fabrics used.

My home is smoke free. Your quilt is sealed in a plastic bag then stored in a sealed plastic storage tubs in my sewing studio.

There is a 25% Restocking/cancelation fee for canceled orders. Fee will be deducted from any refunds. The only exception is if the item is unpaid at the time of the cancelation.

The First Circuit Court specifically rejected the copyright claim where La Infantil was being accused with unauthorized use of copyrighted fabric, saying that "bedding items manufactured with lawfully acquired, authentic fabric with copyrighted design were not infringing derivative works." The Court also said "The copyright owner's right to distribute the work is limited by the "First Sale" doctrine, which permits the owner of a legally acquired lawfully made copy of a work to sell that particular copy without the consent of the copyright holder". Seller's return policy: Item must be returned within: 10 Days Refund will be given as: Exchange Return Policy Details: Returns MUST be within 10 days: Quilts & Accessories sold as individual pieces may be returned providing the item has a defect of some sort and is UNWASHED. I will return it repaired or replaced. Nursery Sets: Returns will be handled as above for sets and Accessories. The entire set cannot be returned for refund as it is custom made to your order.

Payment:

Payment is due within 7 days after end of auction, unless you choose the paypal finance offer. US currency. If you cannot pay in that time frame e-mail me. After 7 days I reserve the right to re list the item and file a non paying bidder complaint. I PREFER paypal, e-checks through paypal. Also accept cashiers checks. Please no personal checks. **INTERNATIONAL buyers must route your payment through paypal.

Shipping:

Shipping calculator provided. ITEMS ARE NOT SHIPPED UNTIL THEY ARE PAID FOR IN FULL. If you have made payment arrangements I cannot ship until the final payment has been cleared. I ship on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. If you need something different just let me know. ** International Buyers: I will have to calculate shipping for you.

Insurance is optional on domestic but recommended on overseas shipments. International packages cannot have del confirmation. I DO NOT replace lost packages. I am not responsible once it's ot of my hands . I combine shipment but to receive shipping discounts you must pay for all items with one payment. I take clear pictures and disclose everything about the quilt. If there is a concern CONTACT me BEFORE leaving feedback..
