PLEASE Note: I maintain high quality standards. This requires time. 1-5 weeks from the time payment clears until your custom made nursery set is shipped. This depends on in house orders when your order is placed. If you have a special need let me know.
My nursery sets and optional accessories are Exclusive Original Designs by myself for the discriminating buyer.
Every piece is hand and/or machine sewed in my sewing studio and not imported massed produced ensembles.
Custom Baby Nursery & Quilts Sets are Custom made for each buyer.

Offered for purchase is a Adorable Brand New Strawberry Shortcake 6 pc Nursery set.

Set includes numbered items:

1. Quilt: Hard to find Original Strawberry Shortcake print front combined with low loft batting and a Coordinating Strawberry shortcake print Back to make a great quilt. Size approx 35 x 44.

2. Crib Skirt: Heavy white cotton/poly blend base with a Strawberry shortcake tossed fabric. Fits standard size crib or toddler bed.

3. Changing pad: Soft fleece on one side and SSC fabric on the other

4. Bumpers: Strawberry Shortcake tossed fabric with white bias trim and white ties. 2 pc bumper.

5. Diaper stacker: My stackers completely disassemble for easy washing.

6. Coordinating fitted sheet: Match your set or pick a solid color. I picked a solid pink flannel for this picture. My sheets are very tight. I check them on my display crib before releasing them to the customer.

Coordinating Extras Valance, hanging organizer, mobile, diaper bag/tote set are Available in my Store and are not included in the set.

My home is smoke free. Your quilt is sealed in a plastic bag then stored in a sealed plastic storage tubs in my sewing studio.

There is a 25% cancelation/restocking fee for canceled orders. Fee will be deducted from any refund. The only exception is for orders that are unpaid at the time of cancelation.

The First Circuit Court specifically rejected the copyright claim where La Infantil was being accused with unauthorized use of copyrighted fabric, saying that "bedding items manufactured with lawfully acquired, authentic fabric with copyrighted design were not infringing derivative works."

The Court also said "The copyright owner's right to distribute the work is limited by the "First Sale" doctrine, which permits the owner of a legally acquired lawfully made copy of a work to sell that particular copy without the consent of the copyright holder".

Payment is due within 7 days after end of auction, unless you choose the paypal finance offer. US currency. If you cannot pay in that time frame e-mail me. After 7 days I reserve the right to re list the item and file a non paying bidder complaint. I PREFER paypal, e-checks through paypal. Also accept cashiers checks. Shipping calculator provided. ITEMS ARE NOT SHIPPED UNTIL THEY ARE PAID FOR IN FULL. If you have made payment arrangements I cannot ship until the final payment has been cleared. I ship on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. If you need something different just let me know. ** International Buyers: I will have to calculate shipping for you.

Insurance is optional on domestic but recommended on overseas shipments. International packages cannot have del confirmation. I DO NOT replace lost packages. I am not responsible once it's ot of my hands . I combine shipment but to receive shipping discounts you must pay for all items with one payment.
