I maintain high quality standards. This takes time. 1-5 weeks from the time your payment clears until the set is shipped. This time frame depends on how many sets I have on order in house when yours is placed. My nursery sets and optional accessories are Exclusive Original Designs by myself for the discriminating buyer.
Every piece is hand and/or machine sewed in my sewing studio and not imported massed produced ensembles.
I am working on sets that are made to list. You loose the change option but it will ship quicker. I will put them in separate listings. This listing is not made in advance.

Set includes: Quilt, bumper set, skirt/dust ruffle, diaper stacker
QUILT: Daisy Kingdom Blue Jean Teddy joined with John Deere and created this fabric line. Front is the BJ teddy on a tractor with a small blue check gingham look flannel back and yellow quilt binding. Corners are mitered. Handquilted around the border and tied with quilting thread in the center to disturb the print as little as possible. Both styles of quilt pictured. Stuffed flannel trim and quilt binding trim.
SKIRT: DK Blue Jean Teddy and John Deere pocket print print with the blue denim edge along the bottom on a white cotton/poly base.
Bumper: Two piece bumper. Front panel removes to transfer to a toddler bed. Front bumper piece is laying at the left end of the bed. Front fabric is DK Blue Jean/John Deere pocket fabric and the back is the blue denim. Yellow trim and ties.
DIAPER STACKER: Dk Blue Jean Teddy/John Deere pocket fabric hood and bottom. The body is the blue denim with yellow trim. Completely dissassembles for easy washing.
Fitted sheet, valance, pillow, mobile and hanging organizer can be purchased in my store in generic listings to cover all the fabrics used.
My sewing studio is smoke free. Fabric is stored in plastic tubs usually on bolts.

The First Circuit Court specifically rejected the copyright claim where La Infantil was being accused with unauthorized use of copyrighted fabric, saying that "bedding items manufactured with lawfully acquired, authentic fabric with copyrighted design were not infringing derivative works."
The Court also said "The copyright owner's right to distribute the work is limited by the "First Sale" doctrine, which permits the owner of a legally acquired lawfully made copy of a work to sell that particular copy without the consent of the copyright holder".

There is a 25% restocking/cancellation charge for orders that are cancelled after the transaction is complete. It will be dedcuted from any refunds. The only exception is if the item is unpaid when cancelled. Seller's return policy: Item must be returned within: 10 Days Refund will be given as: Exchange Return Policy Details: Returns MUST be within 10 days: Quilts & Accessories sold as individual pieces may be returned providing the item has defect of some sort and is UNWASHED. I will return it repaired or replaced. Nursery Sets: Returns will be handled as above for sets and Accessories. The entire set cannot be returned for refund as it is custom made to your order.
